Is Steadfast an agency?
Steadfast is a one-man web design and development studio founded by Ayush Bhattacharjee. It works two ways: fixed-scope website projects at a fixed price, or a monthly retainer where Steadfast acts as an extension of your marketing team. Steadfast does not employ other designers, or outsource work to any other entity.
What tools do you use?
Sites are designed in Figma and built in Webflow or as custom Astro sites, whichever suits your team. Steadfast plans sitemaps and wireframes in Relume, extends Webflow with Finsweet Attributes, adds Memberstack for member logins and gated content, and uses Cloudflare for fast, secure delivery. Astro sites use Sanity as their CMS. Content and data can also live in Airtable, projects are run in ClickUp with day-to-day chat in Slack, and Claude helps move faster on code and copy.
How much will my project cost?
On average, projects cost $1,800. The exact price depends on your project's size and complexity, which is easier to judge on the discovery call. Ongoing work on a monthly retainer is a set number of hours each month at a discounted rate, agreed on the discovery call; any extra hours are billed at the standard hourly rate.
Are there any refunds?
